Disclaimer
Hunt Skateboards are bespoke – meaning they are made to order. Once you have made your purchase it is our priority to start your board as soon as possible. Generally, this process will take up to two days excluding shipping.
 
Domestic Shipping
Once you’ve placed your order and we have commenced crafting your skateboard, it is our objective is to get it out the door within 1-3 business days.  
All of our skateboards are shipped with Australian Post, covered by insurance and require signature on delivery – if you are not home on the date it is delivered you should receive a ‘we missed you’ card and generally the board should be at your nearest post office.
We will issue you a tracking number once your package has been boxed and dropped off at the Post Office – Please keep in mind that your tracking number will not be valid until it has been processed by the postal service.
In Australia, shipping usually takes between 1-14 business days depending on its destination. Please be patient and refer to your tracking number for an ETA.
 
International Shipping
All international orders are sent via Australia Post, covered by insurance and require signature on delivery. Delivery times vary with international orders so we cannot predict how long it will take to be delivered to your door. Please be patient and refer to your tracking number for an ETA.
We will issue you a tracking number once your package has been boxed and dropped off at the Post Office – Please keep in mind that your tracking number will not be valid until it has been processed by the postal service.
 
Returns 
For all return enquiries, please contact us at huntskateboards@outlook.com
All skateboards with the exception of custom skateboards may be returned within 14 days under the following conditions.

The product is faulty or damaged.
The product is unused and in original packaging.
You provide a receipt as proof of purchase.

For returns on faulty items, you will be refunded in full, excluding all shipping charges.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs and returns.
Unfortunately, we have a no-return policy on custom skateboards due to the unique nature - unless they meet any of the following conditions.

The item is faulty or damaged.
The incorrect item was sent.

Please keep in mind that if you have bought one of our products in-store from one of our stockists, you will have to return the item through them under their terms and conditions.
For returns by mail, it is your responsibility to organise and pay for shipping. If you live in Australia, we recommend that you use Australia Post, with insurance and signature on delivery, and that you issue us a tracking number for records.
We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the goods caused in this process.
 
Exchanges
For all exchange enquiries, please contact us at huntskateboards@outlook.com
All skateboards with the exception of custom skateboards may be exchanged within 30 days under the following conditions.

Please keep in mind that if you have bought one of our products in-store from one of our stockists, you will have to exchange the item through them under their terms and conditions.

If you are making an exchange for a different item, an additional shipping fee will be applied to your new order.
 
Refund/Exchange Process
For returns, contact us within 14 days.
For exchanges, contact us within 30 days.
Email: huntskateboards@outlook.com and let us know your issue. Explain what you are returning/wanting to swap and why.
Provide proof of purchase.
After we have discussed the issue and come to a conclusion, send the item back to us in its original packaging within the designated period using your preferred shipping method.
Issue us with a tracking number for records. If you don’t have a tracking number the item could be lost in transit.
We will inspect the product upon return, and we reserve the right to refuse exchange should we evaluate the product to not be in the original condition.
Once we have received your item, you will hear from us via email.
Shipping items lost in transit will not be compensated for. All items sent by Hunt Skateboards will be tracked, please ensure you have provided us with the correct information – It is our priority to get you back on your feet – rolling of course!
 
Warranty
Hunt Skateboards are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 120 days from the date of purchase. Therefore, at our discretion, we will repair or replace any of our goods that are defective within this period. This is the only condition covered by our warranty.
The warranty does not cover breakage due to wear and tear, tampered installation of components, wrong foot positioning while landing tricks (these are not 'trick' boards) or intentional breakage.
The warranty also does not cover normal wear and abuse. This includes splintering from gutter collision, scratches and dints. 
The warranty does not cover minor imperfections.
The warranty does not cover water damage - this includes rust.
It is your responsibility for any costs associated with claiming the warranty, including postage and transit insurance.
 
Disclaimer
Neither, Hunt Skateboards or the seller shall be liable for any injury or death, loss or damage due to the circumstances of direct, consequential use or inability to use this product. The user must understand the dangers involved in skateboarding, therefore must assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection with the product before use.
